Terms of Service for AI Church Assistant
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Church Assistant services and website located at www.aichurchassistant.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
AI Church Assistant is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist churches in managing their operations digitally. The Service offers features such as AI-powered content creation, administrative task management, communication tools, and other digital services intended to support the church’s mission.
3. Registration and Account Security
Users are required to register and create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. The Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.
5. Payment Terms
For services offered on a subscription basis, the following terms apply, unless AI Church Assistant notifies you otherwise in writing. This Agreement also incorporates by reference and includes program ordering and payment terms provided to you for the Service:
- Payments will be billed to you in U.S. dollars, and your account will be debited when you subscribe and provide your payment information unless stated otherwise in the program ordering or payment terms.
- You must pay with one of the following:
- A valid credit card acceptable to AI Church Assistant
- A valid debit card acceptable to AI Church Assistant
- Sufficient funds in a checking or savings account to cover an electronic debit of the payment due
- By another payment option AI Church Assistant provides to you in writing
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AI Church Assistant or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
7. Termination
AI Church Assistant may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your AI Church Assistant account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” AI Church Assistant and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither AI Church Assistant nor its suppliers and licensors make any warranty that the Service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will AI Church Assistant, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable concerning any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.
10. General Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Service will be in strict accordance with the AI Church Assistant Privacy Policy, with these Terms, and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental areas, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Service will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
11. Changes
AI Church Assistant reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
